The fine print, in plain words

Privacy

What we read from Spotify

With your permission, LineupLove reads your liked songs, top artists, and followed artists — only to find overlaps with the Shambhala 2026 lineup. We can also create a playlist on your account, but only when you tap the button. We never see your password, your email from Spotify, or your payment info.

What we store

Only the intersection: which lineup artists matched your library, and which of your liked tracks belong to them. Your full library is scanned in memory and never stored. Spotify login tokens are encrypted at rest.

What we collect directly

If you choose to give it: your email address (waitlist or updates) and whether you're attending. Each has its own checkbox — nothing is implied.

Sharing with friends

Your matched artists are visible to friends only after you explicitly turn on sharing (the first time you tap Invite). You can turn it off any time on your account page.

Deletion

Disconnect Spotify instantly deletes everything derived from your Spotify account — tokens, scan state, matches. Delete everything removes every trace of you, including email and preferences. Both live on your account page, no support ticket needed.

What we never do

No selling data. No ad networks or data brokers. No training AI models on your listening. No analytics beyond what keeps the lights on. LineupLove is a free fan project — not affiliated with Shambhala Music Festival or Spotify.
